Lead generation for freight sales managers

Give every branch its own list of shippers on its lanes.

Coreties reads customs and bill-of-lading records and gives each office its own list of shippers on the lanes and territory it sells. One credit balance covers the team, and you see who is working which shipper.

Set up per branch

Each office gets shippers it can move.

  • Lanes and cargo.

An origin office looks for exporters, a destination office for importers.

  • A territory.

A country, a city or an area drawn on the map.

  • A morning list per rep.

Each rep’s campaign picks new shippers from the office’s lanes.

One organisation, many reps

Keep reps out of each other’s way.

Ownership checks stop two reps chasing the same company at one location. Each contact has an owner. A Supply Chain Analysis or a logged call stays on the company for everyone.

Rollout

Roll it out office by office.

  1. Start with one office

Pick the office and the lanes it sells best. The trial runs there.

  2. Set the limits

Set a monthly credit limit per user. Start each rep on one lane.

  3. Check the results

Export the leads to Excel and tag them as Coreties in your CRM to track what they win.

  4. Add the next office

Each new office gets its own lanes and territory.

What to tell HQ and IT.

Emails go from each rep’s own Google, Microsoft or SMTP/IMAP mailbox. Coreties sees that mailbox only and can’t delete email. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) on request, and our privacy statement follows the GDPR.
