Key points

  • Each company profile shows the date of its latest record, so you can drop dormant shippers.
  • Pick importers, exporters or logistics providers, so agents stay off a shipper list.

Filters

Narrow a lane to the shippers you can move.

  • Lane and ports

Set where the cargo comes from and where it goes, add cross trade, and keep the ports you serve.

  • Cargo

Pick an industry sector, commodity group, commodity name or 6-digit HS code, and include or exclude values.

  • Volume and activity

Set a TEU or kilogram floor, an activity window from the last 30 days to all history, and a minimum growth, to find the shippers that are growing.

  • Company

Filter by company location, scale, role in trade records, Incoterms and website. Hide companies already in your leads.

Or type what you want in plain words, and Coreties sets the filters. The AI Assistant runs the same search from a chat →

Customers

“It has already helped me contact the first interesting customers and convince them to use our services. My favorite feature is the geo-search, which is very helpful for tours in different parts of Germany.”

A worked example · illustrative

One lane, narrowed in four filters.

  1. Pick the lane

Germany to the United States, ocean. 35,000+ companies shipped or received cargo on it in the last 12 months, as of 7 October 2026.

  2. Add the cargo

Pick the auto-parts commodity group, or the HS6 codes your office handles. HS chapter 87, vehicles and parts, leaves 1,300+ US importers and 1,200+ German exporters on the lane in the last 12 months, as of 24 October 2026.

  3. Set a TEU floor

For example 50 TEU over the last 12 months. One-off shippers drop out.

  4. Keep recent shippers

Set Shipment activity to a recent window. Dormant companies drop out.

Know the limits

What the records can’t show.

  • The forwarder, outside US imports.

Part of the US import records name the forwarder or NVOCC. Most other countries’ records don’t.

  • The foreign side in some countries.

Import records in Argentina, Chile, Panama, Peru and Uruguay name only the local importer. Export records in Argentina, Chile, Panama and Uruguay name only the local exporter.

  • Lanes outside the reporting countries.

Lanes that touch none of the 20 reporting countries, such as China to Germany, aren’t covered. There is no US air or land data.

Questions

Questions about shipper search.

Yes. An HS code is the customs code for a product, and its first six digits are the same in every country. In Coreties, open Commodity, choose HS6 and select one or more 6-digit codes. You can also exclude the codes you don’t want.
